Trek Location - Bhudargad, Rangana
Date – 23rd Jan to 25th Jan 2010
Fees – Rs. 1100/- approximate
Approach – Patgaon via Kolhapur, Gargoti and Descend at Narur, Kudal

Things to carry
1. Good sack to keep all your belongings
2. Wear full sleeves shirt and full length trousers to avoid sun burn and insect bytes
3. Additional pair of clothes
4. Woolen sweater, Monkey cap (night temperatures can be cold)
5. Sun Cap
6. Socks, Shoes (sports shoes or trekking shoes)
7. Pair of slippers / floaters (optional for campsite)
8. Water bottles (min 2 liters together)
9. Plate, spoon, small glass / mug
10. Carry mat and sleeping bag
11. Torch
12. Lunch for 23rd Jan 2010
13. Personal medicines
14. Gluncon-D / Tang, Amul Masti butter milk packets (protection against dehydration)
15. Chocolates / Paper mint

Rules and Regulations
1. This is an eco friendly trek. So do not litter waste anywhere
2. Wrappers of chocolates should not be thrown anywhere. Please carry it back to your home for disposal.
3. Consumption of liquor, cigarettes of any of the tobacco products is strictly not allowed.
4. Do not wear shorts, sleeveless clothes even at the campsite
5. Keep some space in the sack vacant to accommodate snacks or other stuff given by unit
6. Don’t carry any valuables with you
7. Please carry your valid YHAI membership card (for members only)
8. For non members please carry some other photo id
9. Non members will have to pay extra fees of 10%
10. Trek fees mentioned is approximate and may vary depending on actual expenditure
11. Organizers of the trek keep the right to modify or cancel the program in the best interest of the organization

2.Unit is not responsible for whatsoever mishap during its Program at Unit level at well as its State and National level.
3.Bring your Y.H.A.I. Identity Card while attending any Program.
4.Extra 10% will be charged for a Non-Member of Y.H.A.I. up to minimum of Rs. 5/-
5.What you will bring for

6.Unit has the authority to make any kind of changes in the Program without prior intimation.
7.10 to15 days advance booking for 2 day treks & 7 days adv. booking for 1 day treks is must.
8.Confirmation of names for participation is subject to payment of advance wherever stated.
* On cancellation of participation 7 days before the trek, 50% of the adv. will be forfeited
* On cancellation of participation 3 days before the trek, 75% of the adv. will be forfeited
9.YHAI Malad Unit Members will be given first preference for each programme (in the first week from date of registration of any programme) and second preference will be to YHAI Members of any other unit and non members will be considered thereafter.
